Through Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), we explore the vulnerable emotions and unmet attachment needs driving your relationship patterns. You'll learn to understand what you're actually feeling and what you need in relationships. We'll also use Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT) skills to help you manage conflict more effectively and get through intense emotional moments without becoming overwhelmed.
The goal is to help you understand your attachment style, change the cycles that keep you stuck, and learn to build secure, fulfilling connections.
